Made in USA - Mercury

So got this camera in trade the other day, an old 1945 Univex Mercury II. The first Mercury is very similar, however did not take 35mm film like this one does, instead a special film you could order only from the manufacture of the camera.

The Mercury II is basically an old scale-focus (you guess it on a distance scale) rangefinder, with a shutter capable of 1/20th to 1/1000th (pretty fast for an '40s camera), with a f/2.7 Tricor lens, there was also one with a f/2.0 Hexar lens (again pretty fast for '45), it's a half frame camera so takes 72 shots on a roll of 36 exposure film. I'll upload a few shots right after this upload.

The stains on the body is the aluminum becoming oxidated.
