Theme

The theme each month is dependent on the time! So, for October, the theme has to be in-keeping with something that happens during that month, or something that relates to that month. Halloween, Autumn, Fall - whatever 'happens' in that month and whatever relates to that month is what you should try and capture.

During November we again have Autumn, and in the UK we have bonfire night and memorial day - and so on. In December there is winter, ice, snow, Christmas... this contest is about using your imagination!

Rules

Entries must be Photographs, and submitted to deviantART's Photography Gallery
Entries must have minimal editing and manipulation
Entries must be new i.e created between 1st Oct and 1st of Jan and uploaded to deviantART between 1st Oct and 1st of Jan
One entry per month, per person
It is strongly recommended that you differ your 'category' each month. For example, October could be Conceptual - so make November Macro and December Transport or something like that.
Entries must be submitted to the contest folder at CRPhotography. As each month progresses, the contest folders will be linked in this journal.
Pop into the Artists Comment's what you are representing in your image, and that it's for CRPhotography's contest!
You do need to be a member of the group to submit!
To enter, just visit the folders listed for each month at the beginning of this article!

Results & Prizing

These will be announced up to two weeks after the contest finally closes on the 31st December. The winners for each 'month' will be announced at that time. Prizing is as follows for each month's winners:

1st 3,000 and a 1 Year Premium Membership to deviantART
2nd 2,000 and a 1 Year Premium Membership to deviantART
3rd 1,000 and a 1 Year Premium Membership to deviantART

The overall winner of all three months, i.e the person who works the hardest with their contributions whilst also fitting the seasonal themes will received the following:

2,000 and a 1 Year Premium Membership to deviantART plus $30 towards prints from the deviantART prints store.
