After 3 years, Clowno has made a comeback. And he has made a very special balloon. A heart-shaped balloon, in fact. Now you might be wondering "why would he make a heart balloon?"

Well, because today is Valentine's Day. And being a clown that he is, he couldn't give up his silly clown duties. So, he has pumped up a heart balloon for this one occasion. Getting ready to ask for a Valentine. :D
