TAD

0 min read
Time for a mass upload of work! :D Well, I'm about to start my second semester at TAD (www.theartdepartment.org) and I'm really looking forward to it! The first semester was great, and I feel like I've already learned a tremendous amount both from my teachers and my fellow students. I've uploaded some of the pieces I did and will upload a few more shortly.

Posting work

Over the next few days I'll be posting some of the work I've done in the last few months. I'll post some of my better pieces from art classes and from a video game project I've been working on for the last few months. We're still relatively early on in development (so I can't post everything I've been drawing for it yet), but we've got some great people and I'm really enjoying working on it. If all goes well, we're hoping to turn this group into a game development company, so wish us luck! :D In other news, I'll be starting at TAD (The Art Department) in just under a month, and I'm definitely looking forward to that. Rome

0 min read
If anyone's been wondering where I disappeared to for the last three months, the answer is Europe. I enrolled in a study abroad program run through the art department at my college, allowing me to spend the last three months in Rome. It was absolutely amazing. Europe is truly a great place for studying art considering how much history there is there. So many works by the old masters are in museums there, and the chance to see so many of them was overwhelming at times. Plus, one of the greatest things about Rome is that there is something interesting around just about every corner there. We had a great group of people in a fascinating location

silly girl, u need to come on more often XP
Wow, I really do need to show up here more often XD I haven't had much to post this last quarter (it's mostly been class work, so oil paintings and charcoal figure drawings) My own work has mostly been studies rather than finished pieces... I really should do more of those XD

On the other hand, I've seen you posting stuff all through last quarter, way to go! We should meet up to sketch at some point this upcoming quarter, it's been way too long since the last time we did that
haha, cool, maybe.......so far school/work is kicking me in the ass >_< :iconotlplz:. Thursday afternoons r good for me and i can probably squeeze some time on Friday early afternoon too (free on weekends unless something comes up). how about u?

haha, and my reply is like a week late XD
