Spelunking

A picture that I wanted to do for my friend FancyBoom to thank her for gifting me with a 3DS and pkmn X! (And also the best thing, a bunch of adorable miis that look like our OCs.) For real one of the nicest things anyone has done for me and I've been having so much fun getting to play with it, thank you again. ;u; 

She wanted any duo of our characters interacting with a scenic environment, so I went with these two! They are exploring a nice cave system. Definitely not planning on plundering/graverobbing that temple or anything like that. 8) The blonde (Nic) is mine and the redhead (Ron) belongs to her!

Anyway, oh boy all the painty details in this were a doozy but I'm quite happy with how it came out! I enjoy drawing characters in environments and it's smth I need to do more.
