Bayani Round FOUR WIP

So, there was a fubar on the piece. Bayani tells me that the filipino flag is the only flag that changes during times of war and times of peace and that the red on top signified wartime.

Woof.

Okay, the problem with repainting the flag and going with my original plan is pretty simple. Cobalt blue and cadium red are very permanent pigments. So wartime huh?

Well with the new update on City of Heroes, 'we' as in, the characters, are technically at war. So wartime it is...

Tossed in some alien ships, and the rough sketch of the background and began the sickly green sky. With some luck this piece will be finished today or tomorrow.

I'll then compile all the pieces to show the progress into one piece, and these entries will be deleted
