On the drive with :iconbabyc8kes: and :iconcaitiekabob: found this old International truck gracefully aging in a field...so nice of the owners to leave it by the fence for us to admire :giggle:

here's caitiekabob's view [link]

Thanks to :iconmr1000: who says it is from the Forties - which he knows 'cuz he owned one

another view with the mate behind

A hot rod in the rough   I dig that mean, dry lakes look with no fenders, shaved door handles, side pipes and a roaring v-8! Zoom-zoom! :iconwoohooplz:

This looks like a painting!  Absolutely love the lighting here... and the truck has great character right down to the broken window.  :-)

Went past the field again recently and sadly it is no longer there...was tempted to stop and ask but realized I had no idea who owned the field ...I'll keep the dream that it has been restored and is being admired in local car shows :giggle:

Hi Ruth,
I would like to use this image for some limited edition t-shirts. Please could you let me know your fee for this? (email:bus3n2c@googlemail.com). I would not be looking for exclusivity/copyright.
Many Thanks,
Nick

My grandfather had one of these and I helped him rebuild the engine when I was a child.
