Os dejo con la romanización y una traducción más o menos aproximada al español del poema:

Negawaku wa - Mi deseo sería
hana no shita nite - morir en primavera
haru shinamu - bajo las flores de cerezo
sono kisaragi no - en la luna llena
mochizuki no koro - del segundo mes.
