character is Cavendish of the white horse, created by Oda, appears in One Piece manga ch. 704
lines by Katzztar

Well it took some days and many finger cramping... but I made a lineart of One Piece's bishie Cavendish, captain of the Beautiful Pirates.

Its free to use, as long as you give credit to me for the line art.

Finally, a male version of Boa Hancock.

XD ... no, well not in the face, his forehead isn't as big! XD
As for vanity, yes he is, even more so than Duval

There's also another character with similar charm: Alvida after eating the Sube Sube No Mi.

XD oh you mind reader!
You're right, they are quite similar. Over at Arlong Park, I've said that when I was first reading the part with Cavendish, I kept thinking of Alvida. For the pure crack, I started to ship Alvida and Cavendish XD

I can't draw or I'd have drawn the two of them together

LOL *places mattress behind Tony* well I've started coloring it.

I'm done with the basic coloring in Paint.NET.
I'm now working in gimp to blend, add shading/highlights ect, then after the blending of the shadows, I can use render to make a background and to try to make the seat look like marble.... least that's my aim!

Awesome, I might color this someday....if i actually have free time.
I know he already looks girly but....high heels?

XD that doesn't bother me, most think of modern times when the fashion is shown but men DID wear heals in the past. And I'm not talking about 1-2 inches lol

It IS odd to see it manga since most stick to -or influenced by- modern fashions. But it happens, I'm currently reading Kuroshitsuji (Black Butler) and its loosely set in Victorian Times (loosely, due to being in 1889 but having some tech like flip phone & TV pop up now & then)it has them in some heels but the Demon in it... well lets just say when they hint at his true form they show he wears 'hooker boots' XD Real stilettos with designer heels

I'd love to see someone color this whenever you some time.

Thanks :)

When I started on it, I really didn't realize just how much details Oda gave this character. It took me forever to trace all those lines...and to figure out some details that were hidden either by the info box (originally covering the raised foot) or 'washed out' by the pants & hat being all black.

At first I was just going to do a generic solid line to the lightened areas of the hat & pants, but that took away some dimesnsion to them so just used the thinnest of lines to trace those area. That way, when I go color this, those areas can be used as a lighter color.

*blush* why thank you! I admit I've been coloring for a while (still looks amateurish, esp compared to some others here) but I've only recently started the lineart, I used to just clean up scans and use that. But I now realize that lineart is far better to use
