So this dragon is part of a dta by absol_native on Instagram. Interesting design indeed. Icewing/skywing hybrid with the best of two worlds xP Frost fire and stuffs 
Still gotta come up with a name and a bio if I wanna win. Though, after drawing this, I realized the design might be to complicated for me to bother drawing the character often. I don't really draw any of my characters to be honest ^^'
Probably don't have to make it this detailed in the future. I spend way to long producing one single drawing >.<
