I'd already decided to postpone the White Rose SG, build a bass, and learn to play it... I guess the universe agrees. Out of the blue, one bingo night at the 420 Lounge, a lady approached me about a stage-smashed bass I was welcome to salvage. I don't even know, as I write this, what type of bass it is, and I'll need to match the pickup types in mine... but I know what finish I'm going to give it. However much I'm saving on parts, this will be a break from the Black Rose's natural beauty as I get colorful again.
