From Fretwire, this set-neck HHH Les Paul was meant for great things, but I kept screwing up the finish. I'd intended to model it, with some artistic interpretation of course, on the character Bubbles from the webcomic Questionable Content, a former combat AI still in her military chasis. After messing that up twice, I decided to go with basic red and use the kit's hardware (I'd planned an insane set of pickups with four push-pulls and a miniswitch, originally), other than the upgrades I'd already bought, a bone nut and a roller bridge. Her final nickname, when sold on Craigslist, was the Ugly Gibson, since her action came out SWEET even if her pickups were crap.
