Another month, another kit, this time something to fill the hard case I didn't include with my grayburst SG Jr. while trading it for a Kala U-bass. I'd been planning to veneer both sides, but upon receiving the kit that control bay is bigger than I'd been thinking, and would take a bigger chunk out of a stained veneer pattern than I'd really like. Also, the middle body piece and the whole neck turned out to be flamed mahogany, I might as well adjust my plans to show it off.
