Description

As I thought it would, use of a sanding block rapidly highlighted all of the wrinkles.  I need gilding adhesive to deal with them properly, and went to a local craft's store...  They had something called 'tacky glue' that I thought might act similarly, but tests proved that it's not tacky at all and useless for gilding.  That means a ~3 week pause in the project since I was kinda counting on finishing and selling THIS guitar to refresh my budget.  I have enough left for kitty treats for the month, but only barely.
