Shortly after I gave up on getting sound out of Darth Fabulous, this project's neck showed up.  Getting it onto the body required reshaping the heel and widening the body-side pocket a little, and due to the pocket's shallowness the frets are a concerning distance above the body.  I may have to shim something to get things into the bridge's adjustment range.  Most of this project's hardware needs to wait for next month's budget, but there are a few things I can amuse myself with in the meantime, like giving the new neck a fretjob.
