I thought the kit would be getting here tomorrow, but a morning tracking check showed otherwise, so it was something of a scramble to glue up two mixed-length bookmatches, and now I'm just waiting on UPS.  This project was something of a math challenge; I had three sheets of 34" long veneer, and while 17" will do for the treble side, the bass side's longer horn needs 19" of veneer.  That left two 15" scrap pieces, and I spent yesterday cutting and gluing one of them into this four-ply rear bay cover.  I'll cut a hole for the strings once I have the kit's plastic to use as a template.
