In terms of total labor for the coloring and blending steps, I got one third of the way through before sweat started to drip and I needed a break. I'll be downmixing three more shades for each of those still-natural stripes, tertiary and quaternary shades. As usual I'm planning a 'lock in' coat of oil before gluing on the neck or the bridge, so a few spots got masking tape well in advance.
