Halfway there.  I decided not to go with that 'basic fireburst' I'd been talking about, or at least not entirely.  This is the first half of a finish I call 'firewater,' and the upper half will have a red-to-yellow concentric inward fade like a fireburst.  I'm only taking a break, and a picture, because my back hurts after doing both sides of the body then rushing to do the headstock that I'd forgotten since right after the first color.
