My Bio
I am a storyteller. I've never yet seen a medium that didn't inspire a story from me. Up until recently I'd mostly worked in novels, but then I discovered the wonderful, time-eating beast known as 3D art. And then I made a webcomic. I'm sure logic was employed at some step in this process, but don't ask me where.

I currently live with my husband in rural Virginia and work on my family's farm, but I have previously lived and worked in North Carolina, New Zealand, Wales, and Ontario. I have an English degree that is a great deal more useful than it sounds. I have a tendency to greet pets but forget to do the same for their owners. And -- oh yes -- I tell stories.

The rest, as Anne McCaffery once said, is subject to change without notice.

Current Residence: Southwestern Virginia
Operating System: Mac

Happy Birthday! :w00t:

Sounds like life has been pretty demanding of you lately, but I hope you get plenty of R&R (and maybe even have some fun) today!
Thank you! Yeah, it's been a weird, crazy, and not entirely good year (second death in the family recently) but I'm treading water. And I had a good birthday. My brother got the first 65 pages of my comic printed POD to give to me, which made me cry a little. (And then I reread them and remembered how BAD they were and cried some more, but hey. I still have the awesomest brother ever.)

Sounds like things have been rough for you lately as well, I hope they get to looking up soon.

Thanks so much for the watch!
Thank you for the watch. I'm impressed by your work, especially your webcomic (I've only had time for a brief glance, but I've got it bookmarked to come back and read it properly).

One day I'm hoping to get around to producing an online graphic novel of my own, if I ever get organised enough to do it justice. I fully understand how much work and commitment it takes to produce such a thing, and thus I'm impressed and admiring of your efforts.

Great stuff!
Thanks -- and thank *you* for putting out the awesome freebies. Without people like you the comic would have crashed before it started for lack of funds. ;)

The comic is definitely a work of love. I chafe sometimes at the update schedule, the lack of getting my renders looking *just so*... but if I let myself do that, I think I'd never be done, so in a way the pressure helps. And, as works of love will, it's given me a surprising amount of love back. If you ever get your own stuff going I hope you'll have the same experience. (And the art will probably be MUCH better....)
