That's a nifty technique. I never thought of doing it that way. Great idea. I'll try this sometime. My style to do hair is a fickeled mess. I make multiple layers of each individual chunckof hair like you'd see on a real person. But I might try your technique on action type poses where the hair is moving a bunch.
