She is self-taught and has been drawing her entire life, but starting working with computer graphics in 2008. She now spends most of her time working on personal projects, developing her Patreon page, and making her own comic. Crate Details"It’s been a long time since I used a similar color palette and I really missed it," @Kate-FoX says of her piece "Cloud Village." She immediately got an idea to take to the skies for her illustration, and quickly decided to draw a witch. "I really like their cute big hats!"A time-lapse video is included in the digital create to reveal how "Cloud Village" came together. "I use different styles and techniques in my work, and this video demonstrates one of the ways I create my art," @Kate-FoX explains. "Also you’ll be able to see what tools I use to create different effects." Further showcasing her process, the artist also included the brush settings used for the illustration. "For this piece, I mostly used my own brushes that are essentially a modified basic kit. You could add texture brushes or replace my set with similar brushes in the same pipeline, and you’ll get even more original results," details @Kate-FoX.
