At Early Light

The somber peacefulness of the mountain was broken with the thundering sound of hooves. The Vaquero urged his steed on at a fast pace, breaking through the terrain picking up dirt along the way.
Sailor Song's sides heaved with each cold breath he took. His body leaving behind a cloud of dust and the vapor of his body. Alejandro sat steadily on the saddle while he guided the mass of muscle through the area. Not a soul was seen as the first break of light peeked through the horizon.
It had been exactly 2 months since Alejandro was doing these extreme exercises with Sailor Song. Celestyal and Alejandro had both agreed that the anger and irritation the stallion had accumulated through his neglect would be slowly burned off with a good run. He was slowly making progress but there was still a long way to go.
"¡No le saques!" Alejandro squeezed his knees as Sailor Song tried skidding to a stop but in those quick seconds the brunet pulled the reins and sharply turned the stallion.
Even if the slightest of progress had been done, Sailor Song still had the fight in him. Thankfully Alejandro has all the patience in the world for when those events happen.

Go team, go!

Well my dear boy Alejandro is waking up at 4AM to saddle the big golden boy and take him up the big red rocks
And yes Alejandro only speaks Spanish to his horses he refuses to speak to them in English that way he can sh*t talk about other people to someone.....jk jk!! LOL
He just feels a more personal connection when speaking in his native tongue I believe we all do ^-^
