Personality: Possibly one of the worst cases Alejandro has to deal with. Sailor Song has been passed from on inexperienced hand, to another inexperienced hand to another. He knows all but one thing; breeding. Sailor Song was never trained much less showed. Ever since he hit the age of sexual maturity he had one job and that was to cover as many mares as possible. This led to him becoming secluded, aggressive, and depressed. He was never shown any type of real affection.
Sailor Song will use his size to his advantage and isn't afraid to hurt those around him to get what he wants. Alejandro is the only one that can handle the big bulky stallion as he has come close to hurting both Susan and Celestyal when they tried leading him out into the pastures.
Sailor Song has broken a couple of fences in a fit and has bruised himself along the process. He cannot be in the same pasture as other horses or they will end up hurt.
Alejandro sees major potential in the stallion but the life of neglect has pushed him down to almost becoming a zombie. There is fire hidden in the depths of the golden eyes; but in order to get to the golden fire Sailor Song and Alejandro have to work a long and tedious road.
As Alejandro has stated "I never blame the horse! It's always their incompetent idiot owners that ruin a good animal." no one truly knows Sailor Song's real nature. Hopefully with each passing day Sailor Song can let a little aggressiveness go and step by step mold into his character.
