A rebellious girl wears the mask of a Kabuki man.
Kabuki is a type of Japanese drama which involves dance. In the 1600's, women were banned from performing. This ban is still in effect...

I like it--- and the message it is saying. The colour work is really beautiful, and the texture to the colour is lovely. It's a nice surface, gives a little life. That's what I like about watercolours. The work is wonderfully detailed, too. Good work!

You never know what will happen in the future:D I think geishas come and perform in the US (I think...) but they are guys too these days (I think...)
