Why is this illustration so weird?
My online comic, 3 Pillars has been created ten years ago, roughly today. Back in 2001, I drew two characters that I have existed in a universe of characters whom I have revamped multiple times - yet it seems strange that aside from minor things, two have remained mostly untouched.

Kirsche and Azul, the 2011 versions flanked by their 2001 incarnations.

I find this oddly alluring, and might do some of these for more drastically changed character designs.

Anyway, on to the more meaty part of this update: 3 Pillars is now fully online for it's first incarnation. I have over 1,500 pages drawn for this comic, and I'm finally putting the first draft to rest! Maybe one day I'll be able to have 3 Pillars available on a store shelf... oh, wouldn't that be grand...

Thank you all that have read the comic and supported it in the ten years it's been online! I haven't abandoned the project, just for now I'm going to let myself rest!

Please keep your comments about the illustration.

Your character design is awesome. WAIT. It was awesome 10 years ago, too?!

Now I'm jealous! I probably should start reading 3 Pillars! So many webcomics, so little time...! But I can do it, yes?

Also, I kinda want to draw these two. :D
