ORN-009: Winter Man

Created to be the ultimate design in controlling the cold, Winter Man was designed while Dr. Oudin was watching a rerun of Batman & Robin. Due to this, Dr. Oudin gave Winter Man the unfortunate habit of speaking with ice puns.

Another commission for pharos04. This is Winter Man, who I've already drawn before but since I was asked to do his characters in Complete works style, I'll be redrawing Winter and Polarity man. Anyway, hope you enjoy.
