I wonder if it's possible to make money off of making quotes :XD: Cause I figure I'm a natural at that lol Here's one that I came up with recently: "When you live big, everything starts to appear small."

So wealth can lead to pride and pride can lead to egotism.

Sounds appropriate given the America of today.

Indeed. I personally wouldn't be surprised if so many billionaires are apathetic to the lower classes because they view them as ants at this point

Sounds about right.

Why can't more billionaires be like Batman? (DCAU, ideally)

I know I'm probably answering a rhetorical question lol But I recall my brother saying once that you have to deal with some form of corruption on the path to success. Giving how freaking successful you'd have to be to become a billionaire, at least when making your own fortune, I think it'd be accurate to say they have dealt with so much corruption that it's either consumed or they just became numb to it

So, what you mean is that when people live in luxury they often find that things aren't as satisfying as before.

That's one interpretation/meaning to the quote :XD: But the "main one", I suppose" is more about hubris. See, the inspiration for the quote was when watching this show called "Ultimate Beastmaster", where people of all backgrounds compete in this very challenging obstacle course (you know Ninja Warrior? Basically that). As you might expect, the majority of these people are the types who do "extreme activities", such as rock climbing and parkour, which I consider to be living big (even if they aren't necessarily rich). Anyway, one of those contestants was particularly cocky, and though he did have the skill to make it through most of the course, he ended up faltering on one of the more simple obstacles. Hence, because he lived a large life, he underestimated the obstacle ahead due to thinking it smaller than him lol
