Whoa looks like I haven't posted anything on here for a couple years. Well as far as journal entries. Been kinda under the radar working on a few projects that have not seen the light of day. BUT at this time I am looking to take on a few commissions. Seriously interested parties only please. Shoot me an email and we will discuss pricing. Pricing depends on what you want drawn. Obviously a bust sketch will cost less than say a full bodied mech in a cityscape.
Anyway, email me at artist (at) yadartworks (dot) com for commissions!
So it's been a long time since I updated anything here or adding any art. I've had some life changes recently which has me rethinking where I want to go in life. It's been a busy and distracting year, this whole 2013 thing. However, I have been thinking about taking commissions. Any thoughts from anyone still watching on if there is an interest in getting commissions from me?
I would probably set up a price list and rules and what not on what you get for what price and all that... If there is interest.
Ok so Otakon is only a couple weeks away. Seems I'll be having a table there this year. not us how I'll do, but hey I'm gonna give it the old college try. I've not done a convention nearing this size in a very long time. Gonna be quite the under taking. But I will have good friends with me so there will be that. If anyone that still keeps tabs on me is going feel free to stop by, I'm gonna try to print up the free character I did for Fantasy Games Umlimited's Villians and Vigilanties and hand them out. That is if I have the time. It seems these days I have projects on my table that I work on but can't tell anyone till they are published hahah
As some of you may know I was slated to be the guest artist at MTAC Omega. I did the design for their mascot this year as you can see in my gallery. I think it turned out well, T-shirt came out nice. The promotional set up was AMAZING! I had never thought that I would see my art that huge! Banner outside of Hotel Anyways for those of you that looked for me and couldn't find me, I wasn't there most of the convention. I got to the show on Saturday evening around 7pm due to a funeral I had to attend for my Grand Father. Some of you may have found my table (where my girl was running things) and picked something up. Thank you for that even thou
Alright so I have been away from here for a year. Been a long strange year at that. Last post was around Nekocon 2010, now Nekocon 2011 has just past. I have met a lot of new people, some old friends have moved away, some new friends were born (literally!). I've not stopped drawing... it's just work has taken me away from anything I could post up here at the time. And when I could I didn't have the time to. I hope you all understand that.
Recently I got a few freelance gigs with Fantasy Games Unlimited. They can be found here: www.fantasygamesunlimited.net I had the privilege of working with my Old friend John Adams on "The Centerville
