I'm too tired to draw right now and I've been kicking around these thoughts for a long time so I think it's time to get them out for some discussion! After managing bepotelkh and being a member of a variety of other closed species communities, I have some thoughts including some advice for anyone interested... I'm not the king of the art of closed species or anything, and I don't even run a "popular CS", but I've had mine for several years now and participated in many others so I have some stuff to talk about.
Being a Good Seller
Stick to your own rules wrt auctions etc. Don't frustrate buyers by changing times, durations, etc after rules were set initially.Try to provide designs in every way you can so that your species is accessible. There are some species I know I'll never be able to participate in because it's impossible to get involved without making a $500-1000 investment that I could never afford. I don't mean that everyone is entitled to your free work, but do your best
