Being an avid Guild Wars player myself, I couldn't resist. xP Might make more if I feel up to it.

Took the original icon, and put it together in Photoshop.

Original Ranger icon belongs to ArenaNet.

~~~~~~~~~~
Making it into an icon:
1. Find a program that is able to convert files to ico files. I recommend using IrfanView because I can't explain how to use anything else. Sorry! *Some programs will let you save with the '.ico' suffix, but won't actually be able to save it correctly. These won't be recognized as ico files by Windows.
2. Install and run IrfanView. Open the ranger icon file using IV.
3. Select 'File' in the top-left corner and select 'Save As'.
4. A box will open where it will want you to select where to save. Near the bottom will be a menu with a list of formats to save the file as. Select 'ICO - Windows Icon'.
5. When you select ICO, another box will open labeled 'PNG/PNM/ICO save options'. Set the number to 9 and check both boxes that say 'Save Transparent Color'.
6. Select 'Save' and, that's right, ANOTHER box will open asking you to select the transparent color. That isn't necessary for this icon, so just hit Esc.
7. Your icon is ready! Right click on the shortcut you want to change the icon for and select 'Properties'. *Windows 7 users see below.*
8. Under the Properties box, locate the button labeled 'Change Icon'. It is usually on the first page when you open Properties.
9. If the icon is not in the box that pops up(it more than likely won't be), then select Browse and find it. After locating it, highlight it in the box and hit Okay.
10. Select Apply in the original Properties box and BAM! A new spiffy Guild Wars icon for you. :D
*If you're using WINDOWS 7 and want to change the icon pinned on the taskbar, then you'll have to make a new shortcut on the desktop, change the icon for that shortcut, then pin the new shortcut to the taskbar. (It won't let you pin the new shortcut until you unpin the other one.)
Hope you guys enjoy!
