-His hands/arms can be lit for light or as a weapon (but he needs something to light them with, hence the lighter)
-A reset if he dies(ish) at a location he can't change (more on that later)
-Small flames can be shot short distances from his hands (very hard to aim, only works when arms are lit, could still burn someone by accident with a firm handshake when they're not)

Klaus isn't someone you'd be able to get too close to. Since despite wanting to help he always sees himself as a danger to others in the long term. He has very little control over the powers he has and he'd never want to hurt anyone. Still he's willing to take risks others wouldn't if he has to because despite how frail he is, he has a much better chance of surviving what many couldn't. He's quite gullible and will take what people tell him at face value, even if it's clearly a lie. This always causes problems for him later on.
Likes: people, cold weather, bright colors (seeing them, not wearing them), high places, nice views, strong wind/weather, long phone calls.
Dislikes: being underground/buried, the dark, embarrassment, guns, exhaustion.
Klaus never knew his family, or at least remember them. All he has of them is an old broken compass he hopes will help him find them. He can't seem to remember anything before he was nine though. From that point he worked to pay for his meals and always tried to give more than he took and never stayed in one place for too long because his powers. One day he injured his leg badly while running away from someone and started to literally burn up. Everything went black and he felt ice cold for a split second, then he crawled out of a pile of ashes in a forest he had never seen before. His skin still burned and glowed in patches on his chest, which stayed that way after he cooled down. Any time he reached a point of severe exhaustion or was injured beyond repair it happened again. Every time this happened it drained him of any strength he had, and it always took him back to the same spot. So much for wandering. He still got older though, so he wasn't immortal. His time would still run out eventually like everyone else. That thought comforted him.
