And yes, writing this after the con is over, but thanks to all those who visited !BridgetteK (https://www.deviantart.com/bridgettek) and I at our table over the weekend!
Quite honestly, it went by so fast that I'm sort of in a state of shock at the idea that it happened at all..
You know, probably that lack of sleep didn't help.
Anywho! Nice seeing everybody :D Thanks for stopping by!
And if I'm too slow on the update, check out my more-up-to-date tumblr at http://sabrnyan.tumblr.com
Which I mean, I feel bad about. Because bless you if you keep up to date with these updates BUT ANYWHO.
I will be at Con-G this weekend in Guelph! At table 10B, between www.etsy.com/shop/Sewtivation and ~Usagi-kit (https://www.deviantart.com/usagi-kit)
And in two weeks time I'll be at the March Toronto Comic Con with From A Hat in a section deemed Table A246!
So I mean, if you're in the area, stop by :3
Whilst I work away on my kiriban, I'll pose a question to anyone who stumbles across this :D
So, something that I always try to find (and always fail at finding) is a review of a convention from the Artist Alley side of things. And maybe it's because I'm Canadian and a great deal of the information out there is for American cons, but either way I seem to never (or very, very rarely) come across the info that I want before conventions. >.>
I guess what I'm trying to ask here is
a) Are there sites out there that effectively rank conventions from the Artist's point of view? (I mean, I've found one site and was like OH MY GOSH
HEY!! I'M THAT LOSER WHO COMMISHED YOU A PICTURE WITH 3 CHARACTESR AT FROSTCON AND LIKe hugged you and danced in front of your table and spazzed and yeS HELLO UvU <3333 THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR COMMISH, IT'S HANGING ON MY WALL AND I LOVE IT
i was wondering if...you'd allow me to scan it and thEN POST IT ON MY TUMBLR-- AND MAYBE WOULD I BE ALLOWED TO COLOUR YOUR SKETCH AND PUT UP THAT VERSION TOO?? 8D; let me know haha EITHER WAY THANK YOU, KEEP MAKING BEAUTIFUL ART <3
