Bias Tape Tutorial

Bias tape is a pet peeve of mine. When I see people topstitch it, I mentally scream because it can look so much better with just one more stitch!
So I thought, might as well make my own tutorial - Especially since I do things a bit differently than the methods I've found on the internet; much faster, and just as accurate, with enough practice.
[edit] Oops. When I say stay stitching I mean slip stitching. been stalking a certain cosplayer's blog ahaha.

So, how am I supposed to work single fold bias tape?
You can only topstitch it, to the best of my knowledge. I've never actually used single fold, but there should be plenty of info if you google it.
