Terms and general Information
- You can ask and request commissions by sending me a note here on DA, asking in my tumblr or contacting me via e-mail with the title "COMMISSION": gusvalemar@gmail.com
- You must give me detail information about what you want (gender, pose, age, personality, etc.) and give me as many reference images as you can.
- You can use the picture however you want for personal use but not for commercial use. If it will be used for that purpose (ex. merchandise, book covers, etc.) you may purchase the rights from me. On my side I won't resell it, I'll post the small version on my tumblr/Da account and use it for my portfolio. I'll always add your name as the owner of the pic and the characters in case they're your Ocs.
- I will only start doing the commission after I receive the respective full payment.
- After you send the payment, I will draw a sketch and show you before I finish it so that you can make changes. I'll send W.I.Ps (Work in Progress) to keep you update of the state of your commission and to check any mistakes on the pic.
- You can give me a DEADLINE if urgent however that can only be done prior to payment. Any timeline provided after payment without previous agreement will be considered an estimation and not be treated as a deadline.
- Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances other than in the case that I cancel the commission due to my own inability to get the work done, so please think carefully before ordering.
