First off, I'd like to say that this is a really well done piece. I'm a big fan of contrasting color schemes, and the orange and blue balances off itself very nicely here. The eye flow of the composition is masterfully calculated and that's something I can really appreciate. Her hair also looks soft and spread out, as it should underwater. That is a detail of physics that often gets lost by artists and it made me really happy to see that.

The only thing that seems to outwardly bother me is that her left breast seems to be sitting "inwards" on her chest in comparison to the right, almost as if it's a good three inches shorter. That can be tricky to execute since her hand is in front of it, but it would appear that the hand is in the correct place. What probably needs to happen is since she is facing the viewer and breasts float a bit, is that you should shift it a little more towards her left armpit and make it /ever so slightly/ larger since it is just a hair closer to said viewer versus her shoulder and right breast. As it stands, it appears to be smaller and further away from shoulder/right-breast which is proportionally backwards.

Aside from that, I'm still really impressed by this. Your paint strokes are smooth and stable, and blend together very well. Your contrasting colors (blue and orange) aren't muddied into eachother at all, and that's the trick to a good contrasted color scheme.

As it stands, the composition here is really great. However, if you'd like to go the extra credit route: Try adding more content in the distant backdrop to fill negative space, such as a cliff dropoff or a reef. :>

No problem! I mean, I get worried critiquing works of people on higher skill tiers than myself, but I'm glad it was helpful. :)

Absolutely amazing! I love all of the detail on her tail and in her hair. And the reflections of light on her scales are done beautifully.
