Excelsior Frigate saucer update 1

Had to finish this up for the other saucers im making Hope ya like.

These were based on the Excelsior class Production version. 

I might later do something like this with Enterprise Class aka Excelsior Variant aka Ent B saucer

Decided to skip the full recolor to save on time sorry bout that ^_^;

My bad had to fix front view of one sorry ^_^;
