I always mixed that name with T-Rex's relative Gorgosaurus. Even I thought it could be a giant Gorgosaurus.

They are probably be a very special mutations of a certain species that could happen once every individuals of all generations,and are unable to reproduce but is granted a semi-eternal life.You can see that Gorosaurus does not resemble a specific dinosaur, and lacks feathers.You can also see a trace of triassic walking crocodilomorphs in his design.He looks like a Tiki statue compared to the other dinos

The TRUE Tyrant Lizard King: Gorosaurus!
Actually Gorosaurus could either be a deformation of the word Gorgosaurus, but it could also come from a Japanese word that means "thunder". Sorry brontosaurus, Gorosaurus is the thunder lizard.
