SeeU 3.9 Test DL

Yosh~ 4.0 test version 3.9 is ready for...testing!
Her bones are really messy but everything should -work-

DL Here. Unzip pass is 'test'. Please let me know if you find anything that need correcting such as textures missing, bones not moving properly, or even just any suggestions. :3 Credits are in the readme. Furthermore, since this is just her test model please hold off on stealing parts from or editing into other models for the time being.

Known issues:
N> hair texture
Excess bones
Socks buttons are a weird yellow instead of white
Right (looking at) front side hair bone moves left front side hair as well
