These never did make sense

Grounded: Instead of his parents finding out about the Omnitrix, and grounding him, Ben finds out that Vilgax II has kidnapped a bunch of people from Bellwood, threatening to execute them unless Ben came to fight him. Ben worries that his parents might be in that group, and so he sneaks in, hiding undercover, before making a big ruckus and helping the civilians escape, before escaping himself, as he finds out that his parents were not there, but out working as plumbers, fighting off drones sent by Vilgax II that were attempting to harm innocent civilians.

Time Heals: Instead of Gwen changing the past, Gwen works together with Charmcaster to help civilians across the world escape from Vilgax II's army, with Ben and Kevin helping out the two. The episode ends with Ben offering a Plumber Badge to Charmcaster, with her refusing it, stating she could find them without trouble.

Simple: Instead of the whole war problem, the episode is about Ben and the group working to gain the aid of the Forever Knights, as both groups had a similar enemy. Ben ends up meeting with Driscoll, startled to see how far the Forever King had fallen, and manages to convince him and Enoch to join the cause to take down Vilgax II, but fail to convince Urien, and Patrick, as the two seemed to try and continue the ways of their factions.
