Description

This one I am actually feeling. The idea is that Ultra Instinct Omen is significantly stronger than SSJ4, but Full Power Super Saiyan 4 is equal to it, with Limit Breaker being the equivalent to Ultra Instinct. The main reason is simply because I don't want Beat and his entire group just using UI like in the games.
