Description

Yes, A good chunk of the Dragon Ball Heroes are mutants*. Beat, Note, Erito, Viola, Basaku, Forte, Tsumuri, Kagyu, Seeker, Froze, Rezok, Snow(Unofficial name), Kabra, Yoshito-Kun, and Salaga are mutants. Though, I guess they would also technically count as Bio-Androids, due to the backstory I am giving them in this.
*According to how their race is.
