Max Form Template

Not much to say, just a template for the new form in Dragon Ball Multiverse. Updated due to information about the Form being out
(Added from the Multiverse Wiki) Although the Super Saiyan forms grant an immense increase in power, they also cause much of that energy to overflow from the user's body. This has several adverse effects, such as burdening the mind, swelling the muscles, electrifying the body, and boiling the hair. Not only does this limit how long the form can be maintained (especially for level 3), but it also diminishes the user's life expectancy. The Normal Super Saiyan/Max Form was developed as a solution to these problems, acting similarly to the Ultimate State, allowing the user to fight at their full power without any drawbacks.
Ultra Instinct and Ultra Ego are not counted in this form.
