Description
Yeah, these episodes still technically happen, but they happen differently.
The Eggman Cometh: NGL, I actually found this episode fun to watch. It's somewhat the same, Animo hatching pterodactyls, and fucking over the world with destroying a device to combat global warming, but rather than them training Ben's aliens in the beginning, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin are training with the Forever Knights, when one of the "Dragons" disturbs them, leading to the rest of the episode. Ben is also notably wearing a Forever Knights version of his jacket, and he, Gwen, and Kevin have Forever Knight tech on them.
Couples Retreat: Again, this episode happens differently. Rather than Charmcaster and Darkstar fighting Ben, Kevin, and Gwen, the episode begins with Hex and Charmcaster fighting off invading Esoterica, slowly being overwhelmed, until another Esoterica arrives, while fighting Darkstar, leading to him aiding them in fighting them off. as the fight is ending, Hex is badly injured, and as Darkstar and Charmcaster help him to a safe area while fighting off Esoterica, it's revealed Darkstar is a hybrid, being half human, and half Grizanim, a Humanoid species from Ledgerdomain. Because of his Grizanim DNA, Darkstar is heavily dependent on Mana, as Charmcaster teaches him to absorb mana passively, which helped him regain his Golden form, along with his powers, allowing them to push back the Esoterica, and help Hex recover, as the three began working together to drive them out. As they finish, and finally get a moment to breathe, Ben, Gwen, and Kevin arrive, responding to a distress signal from Charmcaster earlier, before they spot Michael, who Charmcaster explains helped her. The episode ends with Charmcaster, Hex, and Michael joining the group, leaving Ledgerdomain to Earth, so they can aid them.
Night of the Living Nightmare: Rather than the initial bait with it looking like a Ben nightmare, this entire episode is Albedo's nightmare alone, as the Cassiopeian Dream Eater latches onto him as he's resting from fighting off Esoterica, forcing him to live through his worst fears, being a clone of Ben, not being worthy of the Omnitrix, or Ultimatrix, and being abandoned. Throughout the episode, he fights these fears, slowly getting past them, and eventually ripping the Cassiopeian Dream Eater off of him, turning into Four Arms and crushing it. As he does, he notices several Esoterica approaching him, as he readied himself to fight again. The episode leaves off, showing tons of Esoterica surrounding Albedo.
Welp, here we are, the last episodes before the finale of Ultimate Alien.
