After all the more character focused art, I wanted to create more of a scenic piece again that told a bit of a story and also had a bit of a classic fantasy book cover vibe... and this is what came up! :D

The whole cave including the characters was carefully set up and lit in Carrara 8 Pro and then rendered and exported to Photoshop for a bit of Postwork magic. It took a lot of time to set it all up, but it was a lot of fun to work on and actually got pretty close to the idea I had in my head - always a bonus! :giggle:

About time those two show up. Been wondering what happened to them as it's been far two long. :D
The setting is beautiful. As always lighting is wonderful and the water surface looks mighty realistic. It's great to see you back Kaana. :)

Bishop and Lily! :happybounce: This is beautiful! Oh the light, the details. The light on Liliana is wonderful. Possibly I would have put the couple on their island of flowers a little bit more towards the right for that perfect rule of thirds but that's nitpicking. What I would love to see here though, is a slightly larger file. Yes I know the risks but this is kind of a landscape shot and I would love to see it in more detail.

I have been biting my tongue for a long time but this picture prompts me to ask the question: Will we ever get to hear the end of their story? :please: I would do anything, absolutely anything...
