This was the art I sent to BioWare for the Dragon Age Contest! I spent endless time on drawing this I think it's the first art where I draw so many people and details ! I have not been selected but I'm still satisfied with it, hope you likeyy

I invite you to pay close attention to details, in the background on the walls, you can see representations of the Inquisitor closing the Rift (left), the Warden fighting the Archdemon (middle right) and Hawke leading the rebellion of mages (right)!

The details, the colours, the background all of it makes an amazing, beautiful and woderful piece of art. I can feel of it, the beauty of the struggle, the payment of all the sacrifices and all that. Yes, quite. It's kind-of a sad sort of situation with her, she knows, but she can never risk actually speaking to him about it as if any clue to the truth got out it would cause him massive problems.

Though my own personal headcanon has him already knowing about her, he still would not be able to talk to her directly either, for all the same reasons.

That is an interesting idea. After all, maybe Alistair knows, but we don't! And even if he knew it, I agree that it would probably not change much things. It must be difficult to talk about it and they know it is for the best in the end

Dragon Age contest? Didn't know that there was a contest.
I like the wall idea, that is pretty cool. They should do something like that in the game, because I was always like:

"They could show statues or symbos of the Hero of Ferelden or something like that"

It don't must be look like him or her, but I think it would be REALLY coool.
The details are great, even if you don't "win", you did a great job and I love it!

Yes I think it is almost over, people are voting for the 25 finalists now!
I like it as well! ^^ And yes they should do statues of the Hero of Ferelden, at least in Ferelden! In Orlais, it seems unlikely. But here I just wanted to do this little thing for the picture, even if I have serious doubts about the Cathedral representing an elf on their walls ! ^^

Another amazing piece, just a quick question though is "Victoria" supposed to be Cassandra or Leliana? I'm guessing the woman with black hair and her head turned on the left side is Cassandra but I'm not certain and I noticed that the sister behind the Divine has red hair...in either case at least it's not Vivienne the thought of that woman on the Sunburst Throne...not pretty
