One, the breasts are a bit odd. If she's leaning back, the breasts should reflect that. The way they are now, they're set a little low on her body. They should be following gravity's pull on her torso, coming back to rest just above her collarbone.
Two, that sharp 90-degree angle turn between back and hip would hurt like hell. Consider smoothing out the arch a little between butt and back, as the sharp turn plus where her stomach is indicates that her back has been broken to achieve this angling. Kaidan's foot is also at that unnatural 'broken' angle.
And finally, Kaidan's left hand looks like you sorta just gave up and ended it there. There are a few other small things, but those are the ones that struck me as the most obvious.
However! I hate being someone to just leave critique, and you did a LOT of things right.
The reason why Kaidan's left hand stands out so starkly is because femshep's hands are goddamn GORGEOUS. Seriously.
The definition of armpit and shoulder are amazing, and her face! There is so much emotion in the way that her head is tilting back just so, her bottom lip is captured between her teeth, her hair is in disarray... You could write a story just based on her head.
Her legs are also amazing. That arch of thigh, the way her foot is pressed against his butt... The flaws stand out because the rest of the picture is gorgeous, so there's a dissonance when you hit the things that don't quite fit.
You're a damn good artist, and I have a feeling you're only going to get better. Just look up a few poses of woman arching like that to get an idea of what angles work and what doesn't. And if you did this intentionally? Feel free to ignore my critique.
