Hey watchers (all four of you), after a very long wait here is the next chapter of regulators convoluted origins. Sorry that took such a long time, I would say that work and other commitments have me preoccupied but the truth is that I am just a lazy bugger who procrastinates when left unannatended. The next one many take longer to come out because I am saving up for a new laptop and I don't want to transfer any files from my old one in case there's a virus lurking in it somewhere. So anyway I will leave you with this for now and will try to get the next one up and running. Till next time.
