You're welcome. You always bring it home in the stretch. Bringing back that L!quid, cut style huh? L O L ! Have you experimented with softer colors or a more muted palette? Maybe even . . . like monochrome with a splash of color (only thing that comes to mind in Sin City)? Or a simpler anime color style. I've noticed Timo gets colored a lot with little more than flats . . .
You have the big, mainstream comic colors down though! I WISH I could color like that!

liquid! was always my biggest inspiration. its one of my style influences that sometimes show up on my work. its the style im most comfortable with actually. but sometimes in comics you have to meet deadlines. so you have to settle for simpler and faster styles.
well anime, would love to try that. my only problem with it is i dont paint backgrounds and if you cel shade bgs on a comic panel it would still look all flat ^_^. and about the colors on Tim's comics, in my opinion ,Tim's style already look solid in black and white. there's no need to overrender it cause it will only hide the lines.
well if you really want to color like that then you have to train yourself every-friggin-day and never give up. gudluck!
