Rules:
1. you may not sell my designs. if you choose to part with them, you may trade them for art or gift them, but you may not receive money for them
2. my art is not to be used for commercial purposes. You may not use my designs for things like V-Tubing, personal sales, and you must give me credit for the design when you've drawn it.
3. I reserve the right to deny/refuse any commission for any reason.
4. You must credit me for the art/designs I create for you. I put a lot of work into my art and I would like people to know where you got it from
5. I am not a machine. I work full time (40-50 hours a week) and I do art on the side as I have time. Be patient with me. Some commissions could take longer than others, but I promise they will get done and be worth it. Expect no more than a 2 month turn around time unless otherwise stated. (Usually completed in a month unless I am very busy)
6. I will not draw anything hateful, hurtful, homophobic, racist or 'othering'. I do not want my art to make anyone feel like I am not being respectful
my prices are what they are because my materials are expensive and I have been working on my skills for many years. If you do not think they are fair, please keep it to yourself and don't commission me. I understand not everyone can afford what I charge, but my time is just as valuable as your money.

Unfortunately, due to the current laws for selling and buying from the European Union and Northern Ireland (see the General Product and Safety Regulation (GPSR) Law change as of Dec 13th 2024) I will not be able to offer commissions to any clients from these places. the charge for this is way higher than I can afford right now, so I apologize in advance and appreciate your patience. If we hear any positive changes regarding this, I will look into and adjust these rules accordingly.
