Now that I think about it, that shirt is no longer true with the release of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet. There are pokemon that can now Revive a pokemon if another one has fainted already. The catch? You get only one use of the move before you need to return to the pokemon center. What's even better, is that the pokemon doing the ressurecting doesn't faint as well. You know what that means?
